ENHANCE Project: Advancing Inclusion Through Training and Collaboration
The ENHANCE Project, funded by Erasmus+, is a collaborative initiative aimed at promoting the inclusion and empowerment of girls and young women through non-formal, community-based education. It brings together partners from Italy, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, and Morocco, all working to strengthen local responses to social and economic exclusion.
Framework Associazione Culturale, based in Torino, plays a leading role in the project by overseeing training and quality assurance. As part of this effort, Framework will host the Project Management Camp in Torino on May 22–23, 2025, bringing together all partner organizations for intensive training in inclusive project planning, resource management, and sustainable community engagement.
To prepare participants and ensure accessibility, two online preparatory sessions were held on April 7 and April 28, laying the groundwork for the in-person experience and helping all partners especially those from Egypt, Jordan, and Morocco engage fully in the training process.
By guiding this capacity-building effort, Framework ensures that inclusion is not just a goal, but a practice, embedded in every stage of the project. The Torino training stands as a key moment in ENHANCE’s mission to empower young women and strengthen grassroots efforts through education, collaboration, and shared values.
