Aim of project
The aim of the project is to bring a new contribution to achieving sustainable development goals, involving both organizations and their employees in finding new solutions to solve our common issues. During the project the partners will work to develop new strategies and methodologies to meet society needs in the fight against climate change.
The partners are going to work with 2 main target groups, by
1)Increasing the key green competence development in the staff of the partners of the project
2) Developing new sustainable practices to be employed by the partners’ networks
During the project the partner will work together for developing key competences in their staff and offer new opportunities to increase their knowledge of environmental climate change. In the initial part of the project, the partners will collect best practices and working methods in the field of environment and the development of new educational tools in the three European countries. The aim is to work together to implement pro-environmental attitudes at work and in everyday life.
The partners will also reach out to other organisations and entities at the local level, and work to inspire them to change their attitude toward sustainability and ecology.
Creating a place for reflection, looking at one’s own practices in this area will allow us to gather, conclusions, recommendations and solutions for implementation. The partners want to combine their local procedures and practices and sharing them with other organization to build a wider, stronger international network of organizations practicing and promoting sustainability at work and in their personal live.
