Quality of the project is understood as a compatibility of what has been planned with what has been achieved. We must first agree what we expected from the project and only then we could expect that project will meet that level.

It is very important to prevent defects in the project to make sure that its quality will be high. That is why the good partnership and its involvement in the implementation of the project is so important. Engagement of the project partners, their experience and good and frequent communication will provide a high-quality project and its products.
Quality of the project outputs will be measured by monitoring all activities within the particular work packages during the project life. This will be accomplished with questionnaires specially created with the help of all partners. Moreover, interviews will be realised with the expert’s team.
The products deriving from this project will be evaluated according to a process including the following steps:
Partners will decide the criteria and characteristics of the experts’ evaluation team. The experts will have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of SME development and organizational education. They will also indicate the rate of potential KPM use in the future. This team could be also asked to write down its opinion and its recommendations about the project products. The information should be gathered by questionnaires. All questionnaires will be also created with all partners’ cooperation.
The main aim of the project evaluation is the need to assess the degree of the achievement of the project objectives, identification of weaknesses and drawing conclusions for the future. This evaluation plan was designed to achieve this aim.
At the beginning of this document the project aims, management structure and partnership were described to introduce the project activities to the reader. The second part of the document is focused on the evaluation and quality of the project. The evaluation methodology, evaluation objectives and tools were clarified. After the evaluation process the evaluation reports will be prepared to describe the project progress and the evaluation objectives. Those reports will help us to sum up the project activities, make changes and plan the next steps.
