About quality control

Quality of the project is understood as a compatibility of what has been planned with what has been achieved. We must first agree what we expected from the project and only then we could expect that project will meet that level.

So, we expect that:

1. The project will be realized according to the project schedule available for the project consortium.
2. The project activities will be planned in a way that ensures their implementation.
3. The project products and results will be well prepared and understandable for target groups.
4. The partnership will work together in order to achieve project objectives.
5. The project will have an impact on the target groups.

So, the quality indicators could be

1. Termination of the project on time,
2. Compliance of deadlines,
3. Good opinion about the products,
4. Achievement of the project goals,
5. Frequent meetings, frequent utilization of the project communication tolls,
6. Interest in the project and project results, number of unique entrances to the website, number of members of networking sites.

It is very important to prevent defects in the project to make sure that its quality will be high. That is why the good partnership and its involvement in the implementation of the project is so important. Engagement of the project partners, their experience and good and frequent communication will provide a high-quality project and its products.

Quality of the project outputs will be measured by monitoring all activities within the particular work packages during the project life. This will be accomplished with questionnaires specially created with the help of all partners. Moreover, interviews will be realised with the expert’s team.

Ensuring the quality of the products

The products deriving from this project will be evaluated according to a process including the following steps:

• Forming a team of experts from each partner country, in order to evaluate the products of the project.
• Operating the team which evaluates the project products control, coordination and monitorisation of their work while the evaluation takes place.
• During the international meetings of the partnership, there will be an evaluation and assessment of the products.

Partners will decide the criteria and characteristics of the experts’ evaluation team. The experts will have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of SME development and organizational education. They will also indicate the rate of potential KPM use in the future. This team could be also asked to write down its opinion and its recommendations about the project products. The information should be gathered by questionnaires. All questionnaires will be also created with all partners’ cooperation.

The main aim of the project evaluation is the need to assess the degree of the achievement of the project objectives, identification of weaknesses and drawing conclusions for the future. This evaluation plan was designed to achieve this aim.

At the beginning of this document the project aims, management structure and partnership were described to introduce the project activities to the reader. The second part of the document is focused on the evaluation and quality of the project. The evaluation methodology, evaluation objectives and tools were clarified. After the evaluation process the evaluation reports will be prepared to describe the project progress and the evaluation objectives. Those reports will help us to sum up the project activities, make changes and plan the next steps.

Tracking project progress requires Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality control mechanisms.

Defining KPIs:

KPIs measure project effectiveness and efficiency. Common KPIs include:

• Time Management: Percentage of tasks completed on time.
• Budget Adherence: Funds spent vs. budget allocated.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from partners or beneficiaries.
• Impact Measurement: How well project objectives are met.

Quality Control Strategies:

• Regular Progress Reviews: Conduct internal check-ins to assess project health.
• Feedback Loops: Collect input from team members and stakeholders.
• Risk Management Plans: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
